OFFERING FLEXIBILITY TO COSTUMERS: The ‘Book with confidence’ commitment means that customers can change their booking, or even cancel it, if they need to until 30th April 2023.

IN – FLIGHT CATERING:
British Airways has amended its inflight food options and service to reduce physical contact with the crew and to ensure passenger comfort, wellbeing and safety.
On short haul flights Speedbird Café offers gourmet food items to pre-purchase, designed by Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kerridge.
On long haul flights British Airways continue its meal service offering a hot meal with starter, dessert and choice of hot and cold drinks.

MAKING TRAVEL EASIER WITH THE VERIFLY APP:
VeriFLY certifies test certificates and required travel documentation for the destination of travel on a personal mobile device. Available on flights to the US, Canada and Ireland and all inbound international flights to London.

ENHANCED SAFETY MEASURES:
British Airways’s aircraft are cleaned from nose to tail every day. Key surfaces are sanitised before every flight. British Airways’s cabin HEPA filters remove microscopic bacteria and virus clusters with over 99.9% efficiency.

RELAX AND UNWIND IN THE CLUB SUITE:
British Airways is continuing to roll out its award-winning long haul business class product, the Club Suite. Customers can enjoy their own personal space to sit, sleep, work and relax.
