Paolo Gallo si occupa di sviluppo personale e professionale, leadership, futuro del lavoro e dell’apprendimento. Insegna Leadership e comportamento organizzativo come professore a contratto presso l’Università SDA Bocconi di Milano.
Paolo ha ricoperto il ruolo di Chief Human Resources Officer presso il World Economic Forum di Ginevra, Chief Learning Officer presso la Banca Mondiale a Washington DC e Direttore delle Risorse Umane presso la Banca Europea per la Ricostruzione e lo Sviluppo a Londra, con esperienze precedenti presso l’International Finance Corporation a Washington DC e Citigroup a Londra e Milano.
Ha lavorato in oltre 80 paesi ed è autore del pluripremiato “La bussola del successo. Le regole per essere vincenti restando liberi”, pubblicato in inglese da Bloomsbury nel 2018 e tradotto in diverse lingue, e di “L’arte di crescere. 7 passi per diventare leader”, recentemente pubblicato da Il Sole 24 Ore. Vive a Ginevra con la moglie Lalia e la figlia Sadika.
