Engel & Völkers Commercial made its debut in Italy in 2014 with the opening of the Milan office. The success of the Commercial Milan project, led by its License Partner Gianluca Sinisi, saw further expansion in 2019 with the establishment of Engel & Völkers Commercial Lombardy.
This additional expansion initially involved the areas of Monza and Brianza, Brescia, Bergamo, and Varese, with plans to expand further throughout the entire region.
