Have you registered for our Christmas Gala Dinner yet?
This year’s Christmas gala will include party favourites such as Heads and Tails, an auction, a raffle, and there will be teddies and Wonder Books for sale.
We strongly encourage everyone to participate in these activities as the proceeds will go to the Chamber’s charities: ActionAid and Rise Against Hunger.
When you participate in either the raffle, the auction, the game of Heads or Tails, or purchase the teddies or wonder books, your contribution will go to both ActionAid and Rise Against Hunger.
ActionAid is committed to helping young people and teachers deal with gender-based violence. ActionAid’s new project, “Youth4Love” has led them to develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated educational program in high schools in Italy, Belgium, Greece and Romania.
Rise Against Hunger‘s goal is to end hunger in our lifetime by providing food and life-changing aid to the world’s most vulnerable. Rise Against Hunger is offering a unique opportunity to receive a special recipe created by Chef Cristina Bowerman as an incentive for donating.
The Christmas Gala will be held on December 15th at 7:30 pm at The Westin Palace, Milan, and we would be delighted if you could attend. The evening will start with carols sung by the magnificent choir of The British School of Milan and will be followed by a traditional Christmas dinner. The Gala will be filled with the values, spirit, and tradition of Christmas, all of which help make the world a better place.
We need your help!
To make a difference and raise as much as possible for our charities, we need prizes to raffle and lots to auction. Any prizes/lots you can donate for the raffle or auction would be very welcome, no matter how big or small.
