On Tuesday 22 September, we had the pleasure of bringing together a group of inspiring women leaders for a private roundtable in Milan, held under the Chatham House Rule: Reflections on Female Leadership.
Hosted by Forvis Mazars, the conversation offered a valuable opportunity to reflect openly on the realities of female leadership today, drawing on experiences from both the UK and Italy.
From the challenges women encounter in leadership roles to the lessons learned along the way, the discussion highlighted the importance of creating spaces where experiences can be shared openly, perspectives exchanged and new connections built.
