On Wensday December 3rd Simmons & Simmons in collaboration with Nestlé hosted the seminar “La tutela dei segreti e del know-how come asset aziendali e contro la concorrenza sleale”. The event offered an opportunity to explore what is required to maximize the protection of trade secrets and know-how: from preparing the measures that the law requires in order to benefit from such protection, to managing confidential information in day-to-day business operations, and finally to addressing litigation arising from breaches, which are often attributable to former employees who have moved to competing companies.
