On Saturday, 23rd November a group of members and friends of the Chamber gathered in San Casciano Val di Pesa, halfway between Florence and Siena, to join an exclusive visit of the iconic “Cantina Antinori” which has been organised by BCCI Hon. Regional Secretary for Toscana, Jacopo Monaci Naldini, and BCCI National Delegate & Councillor, Mariateresa Giussani.
The group, including our Vice Presidents, Matt Cook, John Law and Tom Noad and Treasurer, Bob Franchini had the privilege of experiencing a unique tour of the winery’s innovative spaces, led by one of the architects from the firm Archea Associati who designed it.
The visit ended with a refined wine-tasting inside the museum’s glass-walled room offering a view of the Antinori family’s art collection.
