With 31 December 2020 and the end of the European Union Withdrawal Act drawing near, businesses face significant uncertainty. A ‘no deal Brexit’ would increase that uncertainty. Our session focused on people moving, and working, across borders. We looked at the impact of Brexit on immigration between Italy and the UK, social security, employment law, global mobility issues and a great deal more.
