Steven Sprague is a legal professional admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and duly registered with the Milan Bar, serving as a CEDR-accredited mediator. He specializes primarily in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on cross-border M&A, joint venture formation, foreign investments, and the internationalization of businesses across diverse sectors such as retail, manufacturing, energy, natural resources, and infrastructure.
Furthermore, Steven is contributing his time as the President of the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy, attending events on behalf of the Chamber and maintaing deep relations with our members.
