Jacopo Monaci Naldini
Honorary Regional Secretary for Toscana
The Regional Secretary for Tuscany is Jacopo Monaci Naldini. He is a lawyer and managing partner of his own law firm that was started in 2002 in Florence. He graduated at the University of Siena cum laude and obtained an LL.M. from University College of London in International Business Law.
He is member of a number of associations focused on International Arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London (CIArb) and part of the Institute’s faculty. He has been the chairman of the CIArb – European Branch from 2021 to 2024. He is, currently, a member of council of the Associazione Italiana dell’Arbitrato (AIA). He is also a member of the Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR (ArbIt), The Spanish Arbitration Association (CEA), the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). He represents in Tuscany the Italian Chamber of International Lawyers (camera avvocati internazionalisti). He is often a speaker at conferences on International Arbitration.
He enjoys motorcycles and the Dolomites. In the year 2000 he participated with an international licence to the Scottish Six Days Trial.
