BCCI Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear Members,

We would like to invite you to the 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy on Wednesday, 26th June 2024 at 11:00AM CET on ZOOM.

ONLINE VOTING: This year online voting will be carried out using “eBallot”, a dedicated secure electronic voting platform. Following your registration to ZOOM you will receive an email with your voting link.
Please note that our Statute allows only members attending the AGM to vote and so if you are unable to attend the meeting in person or through another representative of your business but wish to express a vote on the items on the agenda you should complete and return the proxy form as indicated in the instructions. If you have any specific indications on voting for the election of Councillors (item 7 on the agenda) the proxy form should be accompanied by the ballot form indicating your preferences.
