From an economic perspective, the consequences of COVID-19 are not yet foreseeable. This Webinar has been organised to provide to a wide auditor an understanding of the global situation involving the legal and commercial issues, the employment and management framework, the employees’ data protection, the 231 organisational model adopted by the companies, after the entrance in force of the several measures adopted by the Italian Government. The webinar will also focus both on the Italian and UK frameworks making a comparative analysis on the current health emergency on both countries and the adopted measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.
The Live Seminar will be carried out in Italian and English with interaction by the audience.
