“The Ethics of NDAs in Sexual Harassment Settlements: a conversation with Zelda Perkins”, featuring perspectives from:

Zelda will speak about her personal experience of signing an NDA, and that of others, as she makes the case for banning their use. The other panelists will share their insights and experiences about NDAs in their jurisdictions and the movement to limit or ban their use through practice and legislation.
