FIS-Antex Group emerged in 2006 following an alliance between FIS (Full Integrated Solutions), a leading integrated administrative services company, and Antex, a leading human resource administration and management services company.
The result was a single entity operating on the Italian outsourcing market that can provide services and consultancy on both Personnel Administration and Management and Administration and Control, ensuring 360°coverage of the needs of a company’s management, ranging from Personnel Management to Administration and Finance and General Management.
To supplement and complement its own service offerings, the Group has long collaborated with Fieldfisher to support companies with professional services in the areas of Labour Law, Legal and Corporate Affairs, Corporate Tax, Tax Litigation, VAT and Customs, Cross-border Tax, Transfer Pricing and Compliance.
In 2013, with the involvement of the Group's Management, Argos Soditic acquired a majority stake in FIS Antex. This investment allowed the Group to continue its transformation into a managerial structure.
The merger of FIS and Antex in August 2014 created F2A.
In 2016, Ardian, together with the Group's Management, acquired 100% of F2A, with a view to strengthening the Group's leadership in Italy and consolidating its international expansion.
F2A has entered into significant technology partnerships with SAP and Oracle.

The Human Resource Administration and Management services offered relate to the following areas: Personnel Administration, Human Resource Management, Planning and control of Personnel costs and Labour consultancy.

Administration, Finance and Control services and consultancy relate to the following areas: Outsourcing of accounting services, Back Office Administration, Accounting and IAS/IFRS consultancy.
