Dealing with Diversity is not a problem that companies must resolve, it’s an opportunity that all advanced companies are seeking to embrace.
In 2016 The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy, initially with the support of UPS, and later on joined by numerous other Chamber members, embarked in a series of events focusing on the challenges and opportunities that businesses operating in Italy were facing, which fell under the topic of “Diversity and Inclusion”. In the years that followed the members studied, debated and shared views and best practices on this topic, giving birth to some exceptional events and testimonies. The views and approaches over time have evolved enormously and opened the doors to new compelling ideas, models and expertise. Everyone who engaged in the BCCI D&I Working Group has expressed appreciation and contributed with ideas, competence and enthusiasm to the joint effort to bring about positive change.
