In 2020, 4Food was founded with the goal of becoming a top-quality brand basket company in the Italian retail restaurant industry through two approaches. The first is franchising, which positions 4Food as a hub for foreign companies looking to enter the Italian market and develop new and innovative concepts. The second approach is direct management, which involves acquiring or creating brands that will be developed "from the ground up" in the Italian market.

Where we are now
- On June 18th, 2022, we opened the first Italian store of the “EL&N London” brand in Piazza Liberty, Milan. This was followed by a second opening on December 15th, 2022, in Piazza Gae Aulenti, Milan.
- We are preparing for the first opening of the “BrewDog” brand in Italy, and will be followed by further openings in premium locations.
- We have direct management of one “La Sosta - Gnocco Fritto” brand store in one of the most important commercial complexes in Italy, specifically in the Food Square of the Retail Park in Serravalle Scrivia.

The Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association (AIFI) was founded in May 1986 in order to promote, develop and institutionally represent private equity and venture capital activity in Italy. AIFI’s objectives are to: support and facilitate the development of private equity, venture capital and private debt activity in Italy and abroad; work with government entities to improve the legal environment of the private equity, venture capital and private debt investment activity; increase awareness and understanding of the private equity, venture capital and private debt industry in Italy; coordinate the creation of qualified managerial groups both in associated companies and the connected firms; collect and present information about the industry; act as an interface and link to Italian and international financial players; create a network between research centres and venture capitalists, in order to promote successful entrepreneurial ideas; maintain ethical and professional standards in the private equity, venture capital and private debt industry. AIFI is a non-profit organisation which counted 107 full members and 125 associate members at present. Full membership is open to private equity players and venture capitalists whose main task is to take equity participations in enterprises and also to private debt players. The full members matrix is quite heterogeneous - including Italian banks and their subsidiaries, private investment companies, Italian closed-end funds, international closed-end funds as well as public players. Associate membership applies to organisations providing services to the private equity industry such as accountancy firms, law firms, banks, consultancy groups, institutions as well as Italian and foreign associations.

The Valtidone Association is a non-profit organization created in December of 1999 with the aim of promoting and conserving the territory, history and culture of the Val Tidone, located 60 km south of Milan in the Province of Piacenza. The Valtidone has over 300 subscribers ranging from private sustaining members to agricultural and industrial firms. Association members are frequently part of the growing tourism and wine/food sectors, such as B&B’s, restaurants, hotels, agriturism, wineries, and cheese and salumi producers.

The Assocazione Da Ponte is an Italian association formed to deliver a newly created 'Da Ponte Festival' in Vittorio Veneto; the home town of the celebrated opera librettist, Lorenzo Da Ponte. He is recognised and famed for writing the libretto of Mozart’s trilogy of operas. This year’s festival will span August and September and consists of 2 workshops for young International singers who will be instructed by renowned language and vocal coaches, culminating in a new production of the opera 'Così Fan Tutte' with a cast of up and coming opera singers selected from around Europe.
These performances are being staged in the Da Ponte Theatre in Vittorio Veneto on 6th, 7th and 8th September.
The Da Ponte Festival works In collaboration with the Comune of Vittorio Veneto and British company MusicaLink Ltd whose whose purpose is to encourage an Anglo-Italian cross-cultural high level musical bridge between the UK and Italy. Through performance and education we have and continue to create opportunities and nurture the professional development of singers and musicians; made possible by the fostering of relationships with international artists.
