The BCCI Gender Balance Campaign is back

📅 1 March – 30 April 2022

🎯 50% off on membership for the 1st year

As you may recall, last year we announced a new membership campaign, the Gender Balance Campaign. In order to encourage fair and inclusive representation within our Chamber and our community, we invited new members and existing members alike to connect with us if they have women in leadership roles (such as CEO, President, etc).  During this campaign, any organisation with a female in a leadership role, was granted a 50% reduction in first-year membership fees. This offer included upgrades in membership tiers for existing members of the Chamber.

We are excited to build upon the campaign we started last year. We welcomed many new organisations and celebrated female leadership over the course of a few months, bringing More Volume to the Voices of Female CEOs. As a Chamber we are committed to diversity and encourage others with this same commitment to get involved. Here, there is always a place on the podium for women to take if they so choose because we know that the vaster the variety of voices, the more possibilities in the community.

We would love to be a resource for you to become more involved in diversity initiatives, and we plan to recognize your leadership on social media as well as our website. We also encourage you to spread the word to any organisations which you believe would benefit from connecting with a network committed to diversity. Everyone deserves to be heard and have the resources they need, and we are pleased to play a role.

“More women-led companies joining our Chamber will offer greater diversity for each one of our Members!”
