Diversity and Inclusion
Established in July 2020 in Milan, Italy, Generation Female is an non-profit international association set up to empower and support women leaders across the globe in their personal and professional capacities, through:
– flagship events and conferences such as the Generation Female Global Summit,
as well as educational content (Webinars, Online talks, Generation Change series),
– providing services to support companies in Sustainability, DEI, Gender Equality certification and
– the establishment of a global community.
President of Generation Female Anna Shpak explained, “being a woman leader, entrepreneur and mother myself, helping women to thrive and find fulfilment has always been something I am very passionate about. In my work coaching women leaders and advising companies on talent training and development, it quickly became apparent to me that there was a critical need for a larger platform to support and empower women by building up their skills, confidence and connections. The Generation Female movement was thus created to fill this gap and address the needs of women leaders.”
Through our projects and platform, Generation Female strives to create awareness of the gender burden shouldered by women, promote gender inclusiveness and equity, as well as combat gender-based discrimination in civil society and across different professions.
